Hey dumb question here me and arnick2 were testing out a theory having to do with drawing power from different symbols, but dident have any conclusive results. Our experement consisted of the question: is it possible to use the energy that the symbol contains to do somthing other than its intended use like could you use the skull and cross bones symbol for example to heal a wound or could it only be used for distruction as the symbol intitles...... and if you could only use it for its intended use could you use loupholes to bypass by using the idea that the skull and cross bones were used on pirate ships and battles took place and after battles take place doctors heal the wounded...... relating healing back to skull and cross bones symbol..... just wanted to know what you think........

Good Question Any object rather every object has it's own energy but when manipulated such as in the skull and cross bones, it has additional energies or qualities added just by the making of the object. Now if you were to separately construct your own skull and cross bones, adding your own manipulated energies to the making, and changed the intent of the object by doing so, then the object would be of the energies put into its making. The problem comes from a familiar object with known purposes being constructed for a differing purpose. In the making the known accepted purposes are usually in mind, there by adding too, those energies to its collective bundle. It isn't always just intent but the reciever of the energies understanding of the object that has power. An example would be: If someone worked a shoe as a healing object and then gave it to me. I might look at the shoe and say, a shoe has no healing capability (of its own of course) something else should have been used. By my understanding and reasoning, I have limited the energies put into the shoe there by rejected the healing qualities. (Gee I hope that's clear lol)

Makes perfect sense to me, and its one of the reasons I try to avoid using objects to convey things. I can't understand how others think, so how can I know what they won't reject out of hand? It is rather interesting how things like that work though, so I try to understand them more as I move on.
