Does anyone have any dream recall techniques they would recommend? I want to try and enhance my deja-vu to potentially become something more advanced, but i have extremely poor dream recall....

Deja vu is not the same thing as dream recall. It involves memory of actual events that have happened at a level and different time parallel to the existing level and time. Not at all like dreaming which could include precog but not all the time.

most of my precog/ deja vu, does happen in my sleep (as somehow after it happens i can occasionally place it between certain dreams, but idk it could be me just making mistakes, but my deja vu happens quite often (5-6 times a day on normal ive once had around 20) so who knows..... ?

Code, I think you misunderstand. Deja Vu is an event that you can't recall until it actually happens again, not a dream that you recall before an event happens. During the Deja Vu you will know it's happened before, while it's happening again, and will be able at that time pull certain things out that happen immediately next in order. But it's a recall at the time of reinactment of the event because you've been there before, doing the same thing, seeing the same thing etc. I hope that makes it a little more clear. ~MappaM~

Sorry if imm being compleatly confusing, or just being a pain in the ass.... ;D , but imm just using lazy man's terminology and thats probably the mix up..... the point imm trying to get across is that my dream recall is so horrible..... i could be mistaking deja vu with precog, just by not having any dream recall what so ever (by what so ever i mean i remember 1 dream a month if that.....) anyways hope that clears everything up.... if not w/e

I understand. Mind control over the subconscious will you to briefly at least, recall the dreams until you can write them down. Pen and paper near where you sleep is important. Also try putting yourself into a meditative state on waking, letting your mind drift back into the night with the intent on seeing the information your subconscious has seen. Dreams rather precog or not tell us something. Some of it is important.
